What kind of clients do you work with?Freelancers, small and medium-sized businesses and startups with a solid product or service and a digital presence that doesn't do it justice. We also know sport from the inside: gyms, clubs, schools, federations, athletes, sports brands and combat-sports events. Sport is a proven specialism, not the only thing we do.

Do you work with clients outside Madrid?Yes. SHERPA71 is an international digital agency based in Madrid. We work with clients in Madrid, across Spain and abroad, in person or remotely. Our core team of six professionals from different disciplines works from around the world, backed by a network of specialised freelancers. Distance is rarely an obstacle.

Can we work with you in English?Of course. We work in English and Spanish, so international projects and clients based in Spain are both covered. If your website needs more than one language, tell us at the start. Planning languages from day one is much simpler than adding them once the site is built.

How much does a project cost?It depends on what your business needs, so we don't publish a price list. After a first conversation and an analysis of your project, you receive a clear quote. We work with a fixed project price, a percentage of conversions or sales, or a combination of both. Fair value, not the cheapest price.

How long does a project take?It depends on the scope. A focused website moves faster than an online shop or a custom application. Once we understand your project, we give you a realistic timeline with clear stages: strategy, design, development, testing and launch. You always know where you are on the path and what comes next.

Do you offer hosting or maintenance?No. We don't sell hosting, maintenance plans or repair services, and we don't connect third-party systems as a standalone service. Our job is to build the right solution and hand it over properly, with the control you need to run it. We'll also tell you clearly what your site needs from a hosting provider.

Will I have control of my website once it's live?Yes. We build it for your business and hand over the access and control you need to manage it. Anything with its own licence terms, such as premium plugins, fonts or stock images, is explained in your proposal before work begins, so there are no surprises later.

Do you use AI in your projects?Where it adds real value. We build AI into the solutions we develop, for example to save time on repetitive tasks or to help people find information faster. No hype and no AI for the sake of it. If a simpler solution does the job better, we'll tell you.
